Governance note
The President provides strategic direction and final federation oversight. U Kyaw Min Than and Ko Linn Linn support government, venue, authority coordination and logistics arrangements. The Event Director manages overall execution. Race decisions, penalties, protests and final results remain under the authority of the PCP and Commissaire Panel. Safety planning is coordinated by the Safety Manager with the Event Director, PCP, medical, marshal and traffic/security teams.
