Rolling ground through Thit Pin Htaung to Pa Li Lin, with one short rise.

The big climb
11.8 km and 742 m of climbing from Pa Li Lin past Hti Thein to the Pwint Lann ridge, the highest point at 1,728 m.

Ridge descent and run-in
A fast descent from Pwint Lann through the villages, then a flat run back toward town.

Summit finish
The final 3.7 km climbs 202 m on the Mya Sein Taung road to the finish at Shwe Bone Pwint.
